To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read and understand the following terms and conditions:

1. Arrival and Departure:-

• Members must arrive at least one hour before the scheduled departure time.
  In case of late arrival, the tour bus will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes.
• After that, the bus will depart, and Mystic Pakistan Tours will not be responsible for any additional expenses.

2. Code of Conduct:

• Members are expected to behave ethically and respectfully towards fellow group members.
• Mystic Pakistan Tours reserves the right to cancel a member’s trip at any point if they fail to adhere to ethical and moral standards.

3. Safety and Liability:

• We do not take responsibility for personal injuries or accidents.
• While we will do our best to assist, Mystic Pakistan Tours is not personally or officially liable for any incidents.

4. We are not responsible for the loss of any valuable items during the trip.

5. Refunds:

• No refunds will be issued if a member leaves the trip during the event.
• No refunds will be provided in case of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances beyond human control.

6. Mystic Pakistan Tours reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.

7. Personal weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited.

8. Sightseeing tickets for forts and resorts are not included in the package.

9. Price Variation:

• Prices may vary based on customer preferences and changes to the package plan.
• The quoted trip price is based on current fuel prices. Any increase in fuel prices before or during the trip may lead to a change in the package price.

10. Mystic Pakistan Tours is not responsible for any payables due to unpredictable situations like route blockage, glacier collapse, landslides, or other unforeseen events.

11. Additional Charges:

• Any additional charges, such as extra jeeps, horse rides, cable car rides, food, rooms, or other expenses not included in the package plan, are the responsibility of the member.

12. Rooms are provided on a Quad/4 person sharing basis, including mattresses.

13. Insurance and Liability:

• Insurance and liability for items or services not mentioned in the package are not covered.
• Additional charges due to weather conditions, heaters, fort entry tickets, and extras at hotels (hot/soft drinks/mineral water) are not included.

14. Any tickets for sports or entertainment activities are not included in the package.

15. Members are required to read and adhere to these terms and conditions carefully. Violations may result in the immediate abandonment of your trip.
